We recognise it can be a lottery when looking for a competent technician to undertake your installation or repair, which is why you can sit back and let Aerial Care Team do the legwork for you, there is No Additional Cost for this service, we earn our living by obtaining volume rates whilst our customers are charged standard prices, the margin between the two is our income.
Customers booking their work through Aerial Care are plugged into a network of qualified local installation partners, partners who carry out the work at standard fixed prices, whose aim is to provide a prompt service (same day where possible), therefore it is important the technicians are locally based.
Our installation partners answer their own calls, your booking is made directly to them. Partners have a dedicated call handling service providing comprehensive coverage for advice, bookings and customer service. This ensures there is no miscommunication, and you are guaranteed to speak to a knowledgeable advisor whenever you need help.
Technicians are vetted to ensure their background, experience and workmanship fit the following criteria:

All customer info is synced across to our CRM to manage your enquiry efficiently. It is not synced anywhere else.
Any contact form that is sent in via our website is emailed to our sales team, and a soft copy is also kept within this website. This soft copy is in case there is an issue with sending emails from the website, it ensures no contact form entry is lost.
If you send in a CV your information will be viewed and the email may be left in our email archive in case we need someone with your skill set in future. By sending your CV you are showing a legitimate interest in working for Aerial Care.
If you wish to receive a copy of the data we hold on you, please send an email us and we will reply within one calendar month with a copy of your data.
If you wish to change any of the information we hold on you, please email changes required and we will action the change as soon as possible. Your request will not take longer than one calendar month to complete.
If you wish to have all data we hold on your deleted, please send an email us and we will ensure all data relating to you is deleted within one calendar month.
